# Rhus Typhina A rye beer brewed with rhus typhina. Brewed as the first beer of a parti-gyle comprised of: 1. Rhus Typhina 2. The staghorn sumac comes out strong enough, but is kept in balance by the malt. Maybe a little too much caramel from the malt? Too much bittering hops though.
