Based on Brew Dog's Punk IPA 2010 version.

Brewed as the second beer of a parti-gyle comprised of:

1. Kveik Blond Ale
2. Punk IPA

## Brewing Steps

Target: 11L

## Notes

Dry-hopped on 2022-06-13.

Bottled on 2022-06-18.

Opened the first one on 2022-06-23. Started to be fizzy, but not completely
carbonated. Very drinkable! Not too bitter for the low ABV, very opaque (a mix
from the Kveik yeast and the additional protein from being the 2nd mash?), à là
NEIPA.

Good low-bitterness West Coast IPA! Packs a huge hops punch.
