Dry-hopped on 2022-06-13. Bottled on 2022-06-18. Opened the first on on 2022-06-23. The Saaz comes out well. The choice of yeast could have been better though, as it imparts fruit (clementine?) flavors. Still very good, but less faithful to the "style" as the previous iteration because of that.
