Unthawed them, depitted them, purréed them with a hand mixer and added all of that (with the pits) to the carboy. It was pretty full... Added the hops on 2021-11-28. When bottling, the beer tasted _very_ nutty, probably because of the pits? Opening the first bottle on 2021-12-19, that nutty taste has mellowed. Good, tart and acidic, the wheat and the yeast comes out well. Reddish-brown color? Nice overall, but it's not a "punch in the face" cherry bomb. Would be curious to add even more cherries. Nutty taste somewhat persist, but is mild. Very prominent on the nose though. Probably a good idea to put half of the pits next time.
