# 60 Minutes Mystery IPA A brew to get rid of Tiago's old (and mixed) hops. Brewed as the first beer of a parti-gyle comprised of: 1. 60 Minutes Mystery IPA 2. Parti Courant Noir 3. Dry hopped for 3 weeks. 15L bottled. The first bottle I drank was oxidized, but I guess it was just a bad bottle, as the second one I drank was much better. Talking with Simon, it seems I could reduce the risk of oxidation by: * wetting the whole leaf hop with boiled-and-cooled water first * fixing the bubble problem in the tubes * adding the hops when the primary fermentation is still going
